For one of our long-standing clients, a market leader in the Alternative Investments space, Swisslinx are looking for a Senior Operations Associate professional to join an international team within their Healthcare vertical.
In this demanding yet rewarding opportunity, you will work in partnership with the investment team to source, execute and monitor private equity transactions. You will collaborate during the investment process on operational and market due diligence duties and will also be responsible for building knowledge based on best practices in all operational aspects.
Your main tasks will be the following:
-Accountable for overseeing the existing and potential portfolio of companies
-Proactively sourcing investment opportunities within the industry
-Conduct in-depth analysis of the industry by segments to identify growing and attractive opportunities
-Develop and coordinate with management team all necessary reports and activities to ensure the company’s highest potential is reached
Your background:
-The successful candidate brings top academic credentials within the Sciences (Bio Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Physics)
-Possesses 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry combined with project management experience, ideally from a top strategy consulting firm
-Experience running clinical trials or having operated production plants or clinics
-You bring flawless written and oral communication skills in English, and any other European language would be a plus
-You are a confident professional who is comfortable engaging with senior management and Board Members
-You have project management experience and you are able to see the impact of your work from a financial and commercial perspective
