On behalf of our client, an International leader in Healthcare & Life sciences, Swisslinx is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Systems Manager to join their team. Your mission:
- Oversees and manages the teams responsible for Quality Assurance
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the Quality system and its integration of the site
- Partner with multiple cross-functional groups to drive process and product related improvements
- Provide high level communication with all stakeholders to ensure Regulatory Compliance
- Direct Quality Assurance department needs, review and adjust as needed to align quality and business goals
Your background
- Master degree in Science, Engineering or other Technical field
- At least 6 years of experience in Healthcare & Life sciences and various Quality Assurance Systems
- Experience with leading a team
- Highly analytical and able to use effective interpersonal and networking skills
- Fluent in English and German
