As a Senior Consultant in our firm, you will contribute to the company’s successful expansion in the Polish Technology market, achieved through:
- Active business development via local connections and existing networks
- Identification of business opportunities and positioning of Swisslinx as a key supplier of recruitment services to existing and new clients in Poland
- Management of the full recruitment lifecycle on the client side
- Pitching our services to clients and ensuring service delivery
Skills & Background:
- Solid track record in recruitment sales and business development
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong team player
- Solid understanding and interest in technology
- Professional attitude with solid multi-tasking skills
- Entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude and natural sales drive
- Excellent verbal and written Polish and English communication skills
- Higher education degree (preferably in a relevant discipline)
