The Opportunity:

As a Senior Consultant in our firm, you will contribute to the company’s successful expansion in the Polish Technology market, achieved through:

  • Active business development via local connections and existing networks
  • Identification of business opportunities and positioning of Swisslinx as a key supplier of recruitment services to existing and new clients in Poland
  • Management of the full recruitment lifecycle on the client side
  • Pitching our services to clients and ensuring service delivery



Skills & Background:

  • Solid track record in recruitment sales and business development

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong team player

  • Solid understanding and interest in technology

  • Professional attitude with solid multi-tasking skills

  • Entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude and natural sales drive

  • Excellent verbal and written Polish and English communication skills

  • Higher education degree (preferably in a relevant discipline)
