On behalf of our client, a multinational company within the FMCG sector, based in Luzern, Swisslinx is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will carry out full life cycle recruiting processes to help organization fulfill staffing needs. This is initially a 6-months contract position (extension possible) with a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment.


Start Date: March/April 2024
Duration: 6 months
Extension: Possible
Location: Luzern (100% on-site)
Workload: 100%

Your mission:

- Collecting hiring requests from the company’s different departments to fill vacancies in a timely manner
- Writing job descriptions and job requirements for the needed vacancies
- Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate list of the jobs and vacancies within the company to ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints
- Identifying, developing, and promoting diverse recruiting sources and methods to widen pool of talented candidates
- Screening applications by analyzing and evaluating applicants’ qualifications in accordance with job requirements to determine best-qualified candidates
- Conducting pre-screen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates
- Interviewing potential recruits and identifying those suitable for shortlisting and providing candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate
- Carrying out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process
- Sending job offer emails to accepted candidates that include the required hiring papers
- Liaising between new hires and human resources, ensuring submission of all documentation required

Your profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 7 years of general experience in HR field or talent acquisition
- Excellent command of the English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with international hiring is an asset
- Time and stress management skills
- Willingness to work and have calls within US time zone(s)
