Service Delivery Manager – TOM
On behalf of our client, a private Swiss bank, Swisslinx are looking for a senior Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience creating and implementing Target Operating Models.
The role will be a 3 month contract in Zurich.
Tasks will include:
-Creation and definition of the Target Operation Model for Business Services and Support which includes the Markets IT, Central IT, and Asian Markets
-Define and identify necessary services
-Define and approve the SLA / OLAs
-Classify services, propose and set up the TOM across the regions
The successful candidate will bring:
-Extensive experience as a Senior Service Delivery Manager or Business Manager
-A strong background of defining and implementing a new TOM – including setting up a new service and support unit
-Business and domain knowledge within Central IT and trading markets
-Extensive experience defining and approving SLA / OLAs to classify services
-Experience of supporting projects in Asia / Hong Kong / Singapore will be highly beneficial
-Excellent communication skills and empathy
