On behalf of our client in the Healthcare and Lifesciences field, Swisslinx is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant within the Zug area. This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment. It is a contract position for at least 1 year.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process and play a strategic role in the growth of the firm
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and requirements of the role
- Source potential candidates through online channels and manage the full recruitment cycle
- Provide subject matter expertise and continuous improvement in all talent acquisition processes
Your background:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as TA Manager or similar HR role with a strong focus on recruitment
- Recruitment experience within Healthcare or Pharma
- Fluency in English, Spanish AND Italian is a must
