- Lead the recruitment process and play a strategic role in the growth of the firm
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and requirements of the role
- Source potential candidates through online channels and manage the full recruitment cycle
- Provide subject matter expertise and continuous improvement in all talent acquisition processes
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as TA Manager or similar HR role with a strong focus on recruitment
- Recruitment experience within Healthcare or Pharma
- Fluency in English, Spanish AND Italian is a must
