ATTENTION: Beware of Scams!

It has come to our attention that individuals are posing as Swisslinx AG employees and spreading fraudulent job opportunities on various social media and messaging platforms. These scams aim to either collect your personal or financial information or compromise your security.

How to Identify a Legitimate Swisslinx AG Employee?

  • Communication Channels: Genuine Swisslinx AG employees will always reach out through verified channels such as a company email address (e.g., name.surname@swisslinx.com), reputable employment-oriented social media platforms like LinkedIn and Xing, registered office phone lines (+41 58 268...), or personal Swiss mobile numbers (+41…).
  • Other Platforms: We never advertise job opportunities or contact candidates via Instagram, Facebook, Signal, or Telegram. Unless you've previously been in contact with us and provided your mobile number, we will not use WhatsApp or SMS for communication.
  • Financial Information and Fees: Swisslinx AG does not request any financial details or fees, including cryptocurrency, at any stage of the recruitment process. We will never send you links or invitation codes to set up work accounts.
  • Verification of Employee Details: You can verify the names, titles, and expertise of Swisslinx AG employees through our website's "Meet the Team" section. If you suspect someone is impersonating, and/or stealing the identity of genuine Swisslinx AG employee, fraudulently using their name or image, please contact us directly for confirmation.
  • Job Opportunities: Legitimate job opportunities are only advertised within our areas of expertise. You can confirm the authenticity of job listings by searching the job title on our homepage.

How to Handle Suspicious Communication?

  • Disregard the Message or Phone Call: Any numbers starting with area codes other than the Swiss area code (+41) should be considered suspicious.
  • Do Not Share Information: Never share personal or financial information or pay any "fees."
  • Avoid Clicking Links: Do not click on any links or use them to log in or share access codes.
  • Report and Verify: Contact us directly to verify the legitimacy of the call or message. Report any suspicious individuals or accounts to the respective social media or messaging platform and notify the authorities, including the Swiss Cybercrime Police.
