Swisslinx is current supporting a fast-growing Telecommunications company in Zurich with securing a CEO.
Supported by a highly professional and performing team, you will be responsible for setting the development strategy and overseeing various operations departments. Your role’s contribution to leading defined objectives, building relationships with internal employees and external partners as well as motivating your team will be integral to the success of the company.
Your background:
- Proven track record as a CEO or similar
- Knowledge of corporate governance and understanding of business functions (finance, HR, marketing etc)
- Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
- Ability to combine a strategic and pragmatic approach to leadership
- Entrepreneurial flare, solution orientated and strong decision-making ability
