On behalf of a global corporation in Hamburg, we are currently looking for an M&A professional.
You will work together with an experienced M&A international team, originating and executing deals.
You will liaise directly with clients, conduct analysis and valuations.
The ideal candidate:
- at least 5 years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking or Transactions
- academic qualifications in Finance
- knowledge of IFRS and Solvency II
- strong modelling and valuation skills
- fluent German and English speaker
