On behalf of our client, a major Pharmaceutical company, Swisslinx are looking for a Medical Writer for a contract position based in Basel. In this role you will be supporting the migration of clinical documents by leading the Migration Data Preparation activities.
Your responsibilities:
- Liaison with external and internal stakeholders to build, plan and automate the migration approach for R&D documents from Source to Target System
- Coordination and oversee of processes supporting extraction and migration activities by driving quality control to ensure that the migration process is producing high quality outputs
- Collaborating closely with business process owners to ensure alignment of migration activities with parallel system and/or process updates
Your skills/experience:
- 10+ years of experience within the Life Sciences industry
- Proven experience working with clinical document management systems
- Proven experience working with R&D Documents Management (Medical Writing, Submission Management, Safety)
- Fluency in English is required, German is a strong plus
