Swisslinx is currently looking for an Operations Specialist to join our client, an asset management boutique dedicated to providing innovative investment solutions in the rapidly evolving digital assets and cryptocurrency space.
We are seeking a talented Operations Specialist to the team in Zurich and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the digital assets trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in operations management, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of digital assets trading, custody, and settlement.
- Monitor transaction activity and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Assist with onboarding new clients including KYC/AML procedures and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, including policies, procedures, and best practice standards.
- Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about developments in the cryptocurrency industry and assess their potential impact on operations.
Your Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in operations management within financial services, preferably with exposure to digital assets or blockchain technology
- Solid knowledge on digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.
- Prior experience with with crypto custody solutions, e.g. Fireblocks, Copper or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a
proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
