On behalf of our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a Paralegal to support key legal activities.

Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Basel
Work type: 1 day per week remote
Workload: 100%
Duration: 12 months’
Extension: Possible

Your mission:
- Provide legal support to contracts – 3rd party and intercompany agreements including drafting, reviewing, proof-reading as may be required.
- Provide support on various legal documents such as e.g. CDAs, PoAs, UBO, confirmations and authorizations, certificates, protocols.
- Maintain respective documentation including proper organization of files.
- Dealing and reliable handling of notarization process.
- Proof reading of legal documents.
- Support and execution of special projects.
- Manage the document flow with involved stakeholders and arrange for signature of documents; ensures contract lifecycle management and maintains the contract database inc.

Your background:
- Paralegal Certificate or Commercial training
- Experience as “Paralegal” or “Administrative Specialist“ with paralegal experience or similar.
- Basic legal training. (Paralegal course or acquired on the job).
- Fluent in English and German. (spoken and written)
- Familiar with legal terminology.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, loyal team-player. Flexible and eager to learn.
