On behalf of our client, a leading global insurance company, Swisslinx is looking for a Project Specialist for a contract position in Zurich. The primary goal of this project is to facilitate the implementation of a new system and process environment to support the financial closing for the business through a specific internal program. Your responsibilities:
- Lead/ Manage the Project Management Office
- Project Finances/ Budgets monitoring
- Establish and maintain a project management setup that allows the work stream to progress timely and smoothly
- Project Governance
Your profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in PMO/ Project Management
- University degree in Finance, IT or comparable
- Basic understanding of financial and actuarial processes in a Reinsurance environment
- Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
