Our client is a market leader in the food industry and as such, they are looking for a motivated and open-minded candidate who can undertake a varied and hands-on role.
-Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
-Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
-Responsibility and execution of the processing of daily allowances, social security and withholding tax statements
-Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments
-Responsibility for the entire annual financial statements in the area of HR Payroll including wage statements
-Contact person and interface to authorities and social insurance (pension fund, UVG and KTG insurance, AHV / ALV etc.)
-Assistance and support in various HR topics (work permits, labor law, etc.)
-4 to 8 years of working experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role
-Knowledge of payroll software is beneficial, ideally with ABACUS
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
-Fluency in both German and English
-You currently reside in Switzerland
