Jennifer has been with Swisslinx since 2005, amassing more than 14 years of experience in the recruitment sector. Her experience has covered a broad spectrum of sales roles, progressing to Director in 2017.

Jennifer has played a pivotal role in securing and maintaining top tier status with many international banking institutions in the Swiss market. Whilst continuing her activities in this area, Jennifer is specialising in supporting clients with bespoke talent strategies including successful RPO solutions, as well as consulting on how client acquisition strategies can be improved to better acquire, grow and maintain their talent.

Jennifer a joué un rôle primordial dans le maintien de notre statut de partenaire privilégié auprès de nombreuses institutions bancaires internationales sur le marché suisse. Tout en continuant ses activités sur cette fonction, Jennifer s’est spécialisée dans le support de clients qui ont des stratégies de talents sur mesure, avec notamment des solutions de RPO réussies, ainsi que dans le conseil auprès des clients pour l’amélioration de leurs stratégies d’acquisition, de croissance et de maintien de leurs talents.
